What is an MCP?

An open standard that lets AI assistants work inside software like Togal. Think of it as a translator between your assistant and your projects.

Is this the same as the Togal API?

It runs on the same API. TogalMCP turns your plain-English request into the calls the assistant needs to make.

Can it do the takeoff for me?

It can trigger Togal's existing AI takeoff on the pages you point it to. The engine stays the same. TogalMCP is a new way to ask for it.

How do I get started with TogalMCP?

Your Togal Admin will connect TogalMCP and your organizations’ preferred AI tool. Once installed, anyone with a paid license within the workspace can use it.

How is TogalMCP unique from other takeoff MCP?

TogalMCP stands out from others because it is triple tested with our data security audits, only permission-bound to organizational admins and requires shorter renewal days to protect users.

Why do I have to log in again?

For security, the connection has to be re-authorized every 7 days. After that, you pick up where you left off.
